This anti-miRNA is vital to the use of our AND gate toehold switch BBa_K4642028 This anti-miRNA is an RNA strand containing bases complementary to both the hsa-miR-4640 and hsa-miR-320a micro-RNAs. This means that when both RNAs are present a complex can form that can be used as a trigger for our AND toehold switch.
